How We Work
Fill out our quote form or call us directly. Tell us the product, grade, quantity, and when you need it. The more detail you give us, dimensions, load capacity, delivery ZIP, order frequency, the faster we can get you an accurate number. We don't need a perfect spec to start; we'll ask the right questions.
Your salesperson goes to work immediately. We check availability across our mill partners, match your spec to what's in inventory or on the cut schedule, and identify the best combination of price, quality, and lead time. We know which mills run which grades and which ones can hit your timeline.
We respond to every quote request within one business day. You'll get pricing, available grades, lead time, and freight options. If we find multiple options that fit your spec, we'll show you the tradeoffs so you can make the call. No vague estimates, no bait-and-switch on grade.
Once you approve the quote, we coordinate with the mill and arrange freight. We track the load and keep you updated. Delivery can be to your dock, your yard, or a third-party location. We work with flatbed, van, and specialized carriers depending on what you're moving.
If you're buying on a regular schedule, we set up a standing order. Your salesperson monitors supply, flags any grade or availability changes before they affect your production, and adjusts sourcing as needed. We will handle your lumber supply, so you don't have to.

The Pricing Advantage
Most industrial lumber buyers are purchasing through a distributor who bought from a wholesaler who bought from the mill. Every step adds margin. We cut that chain short.
We buy direct from the mill, not through a distributor chain. That means fewer markups between the saw and your dock. You're not paying for someone else's warehouse.
We know the difference between a No. 3 and a No. 4 and what that means for your application. We won't upsell you into a higher grade you don't need, or let you buy a grade that will cause problems on your line.
Whether you need one truckload or a hundred, we can source it. Our network is large enough to handle national accounts and responsive enough to fill a rush order when your regular supplier falls short.
